Meet Colleen

Colleen began her real estate career over 20 years ago with Frank Howard Allen, Marin County's preeminent residential real estate company for over 100 years. In 2013 Frank Howard Allen was acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which now commands the largest market share in Marin and the entire 9 Bay Area counties. Coldwell Banker has retained Frank Howard Allen's business model of local management while possessing the power and strength of vast national and international platforms.

As a Bay Area native and 33 year resident of Marin County, Colleen understands the importance of selecting not just a home, but a community as well. Her technical expertise, area knowledge, deep and varied experience, and high standards of performance ensure that your real estate goals are realized with the utmost skill and attention to detail.

Colleen holds a Masters Degree in Business from San Francisco State University and possesses an extensive marketing background. Prior to joining Frank Howard Allen, Colleen excelled in marketing and sales positions at Broderbund Software and M&M Mars.

Over the past 30 years Colleen has purchased, renovated and managed several Bay Area residential and commercial properties which have provided her with a solid construction perspective on current and potential property values. She has a working knowledge of using 1031 exchanges to benefit her clients. This practical knowledge and experience coupled with her formal education make her an indispensable resource to clients.

Presently she resides in Greenbrae with her husband and is the mother of two high-energy daughters. She continues to serve her community by volunteering her time to a wide range of Marin organizations and causes.
