  • Homebuyers are steadily adjusting to the 6.3% to 6.5% 30 yr mortgage rates, often abandoning hopes of a return to 3%-4% levels and more frequently opting for lower adjustable-rate mortgages.
  • The higher-end market segment is dramatically less affected by interest rates than the condo and entry level home market segments.
